Can I create custom orders?

Yes, most of my items can be altered or personalised. Please keep in mind it takes additional time to create something special so there may be an additional fee. If there is something you have in mind please send me a message and I can see what we can do.
Will my item be identical to what is pictured?

At times there will be slight variations in the colours and sizing as I have to source through different suppliers (especially during Covid times!)

If you need a very specific size/colour please send me a message prior to ordering.

How long will my order take?

Generally it takes me 2 days to create your order and deliver to the post office. If your order is urgent please send me a message prior to ordering to ensure I can fulfill it in time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post with tracking. I will provide your tracking number to you. Express post can be requested, please message me prior to ordering. I cannot be held responsible for any Auspost issues once I have sent it.

Can I collect directly from you?

Yes, you are able to collect directly from me in Narre Warren North. Contactless delivery is available.

Returns
I cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or are not as described. Please contact me if there are any issues with your order.
